Cacti are among the easiest plants to grow (except a few varieties that are often found grafted), they will delight you each year for their beautiful flowers. Yet there are some recommendations to follow to ensure the long-awaited flowering, they are not numerous, but of prime necessity.



1. Observe a vegetative rest from mid-October to mid-April without a drop of water in a clear local if possible at + / - 7 degrees.
2. From mid-April (when the plant shows signs of recovery characterized by new spines at the apex of the plant, resume watering, soak the root ball until saturation
3. Let dry between watering (very important).
4. A porous potting soil in relation to the roots.
5. The more light as possible but beware of the spring sun
